For facilitating the processes of registration, accreditation, building pass issuance and/or renewal, we have created specific checklists for each action, pointing out the mandatory requirements and documents, as well as the basics of how the form should be filled out.

It is very important to ensure that the names entered on the "Request for UN building pass" forms correspond to the spelling of those names in the respective passports.

Please note: It is essential that all documents required for UN pass issuance be sent to the Protocol and Liaison Service at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the timely authorization of the pass requests.
