ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL
DURING THE FRENCH PRESIDENCY - JUNE 2000

It has been agreed that each presidency would make under its own responsibility a monthly assessment of the work of the Security Council. This assessment is attached to the annual report of the Security Council ot the General Assembly (see note by the president of the Security Council of 12 June 1997 - S/1997/451).
