VISAS AND PASSPORTS

The Diplomatic Staff of the Mission of Belize to the United Nations also includes Consular Officers authorized to handle visas and passports.

In this web page you will find application forms as well as instructions on how and where to file for visas or passports.

A valid passport and visa, if required, is necessary for entry into Belize. Visitors are permitted to stay in Belize for a period not to exceed 30 days.

United States citizens and Nationals of the European Economic Community member nations do not require visas. Visas are required for Nationals of certain countries. Belize welcomes visitors and for this reason every effort is made to keep immigration formalities to a minimum.
