H.E. Francisco José da Cruz is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Angola to the United Nations since March 7th, 2023.
Before coming to New York, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to Ethiopia, and Permanent representative to the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
